EXCHANGES AND RETURNS POLICY
Changes of size or item of a product may be made, within a period of 30 days after the date of delivery of the package, with the following conditions:
- You can do it through customer service by WhatsApp, within a maximum period of 30 days after the purchase.
- Products are subject to availability in stock.
- If it is a change due to size or color, the customer will assume one of the shipments.
WE DO NOT ACCEPT EXCHANGES OR RETURNS UNDER THE FOLLOWING CONDITIONS:
- If the garment has been damaged by misuse (exposure to chemicals, sharp products, or high ironing temperatures)
- If the garment has been poorly washed or a wash other than what the garment requires and is recommended in the descriptions on our website.
- If the garment shows any type of misuse, such as deodorant stains, makeup, or a bad smell.
- Promotional or discounted garments have no change.
INSTRUCTIONS TO MAKE YOUR PRODUCT RETURN

- Name and ID of the person who made the purchase
- Order date
- Pickup address
- Order number
- Phone

You must go to the shipping carrier of your choice and pay for the shipment of the package, and send it to the address that we will send you through our WhatsApp.
- After having made your change or return request, VALMIUR will respond to your request within a period of no more than ten (10) business days. After reviewing it and verifying that it is in good condition, we will send you a new garment if applicable. Or we will proceed with the generation of a credit balance in a discount coupon.
GARMENT AVAILABILITY
Our website is updated with the stock and availability of each product in references and sizes. However, there may be a mismatch or error in the inventories and the item that was purchased is no longer available. In this case, you will be notified by mail, call, or WhatsApp and we will give you the most convenient solution to choose another product or the money refund.
RETENTION OF THE RIGHT TO CHANGE OR MODIFY OFFER
VALMIUR has the right, without prior notice to change the services, stop providing them or any characteristic that the product or service has, create limits for these services. We may temporarily or permanently suspend access to the Services without notice or liability for no reason.
GUARANTEES AND REFUNDS
Upon receipt of a valid warranty claim for a product, VALMIUR will repair the defect or replace the product. If the product cannot be replaced within the stated time, our customers will be entitled to a full refund when the product is returned to us. VALMIUR will pay the shipment of the replaced products to the customer, and the customer will be responsible for returning the product to us.
